Role: Fiber Broadband Field Supervisor

The Field Supervisor will lead and coordinate field crews responsible for installing and maintaining fiber optic broadband services. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time project delivery while maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field technicians during installation and maintenance of fiber broadband services.
\n
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and on-site workflows to meet project milestones.
\n
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
\n
• Monitor quality of work and perform on-site quality checks.
\n
• Troubleshoot issues, escalate when necessary, and document job progress.
\n
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to field staff.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• 2-5 years of field supervision experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
\n
• Knowledge of fiber optic installation, splicing, testing, and activation processes.
\n
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; proficiency with basic field tools and equipment.
\n
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
\n
