Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

Bold Business is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. This full-time role supports multiple regions including India, Latin America, the Philippines, and the United States. The AR Specialist will manage invoicing, cash application, payment processing, and AR aging to ensure accurate financial records and timely revenue recognition. You will collaborate with sales, customer success, and operations to resolve payment discrepancies and support month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Process and issue invoices and credit memos to customers.
• Apply payments and reconcile accounts receivable ledgers.
• Monitor AR aging and pursue collections as needed.
• Resolve payment disputes and communicate effectively with customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure accurate billing and timely revenue recognition.
• Prepare AR aging reports and assist with month-end close.
• Maintain data integrity in the ERP system and Excel spreadsheets.
• Support audits and contribute to process improvements within the AR function.

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounts receivable or related finance experience.
• Experience with invoicing, cash application, and collections.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.).
• Experience with ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks) preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple regions/time zones.
