What You’ll Do:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through prospecting, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.
• Build lasting relationships with SMB decision-makers while representing a trusted brand.
• Become an expert in telecom and business solutions — including internet, hosted voice, business TV, security, and video conferencing — and clearly communicate their value to clients.
• Generate leads through networking, calls, email outreach, and referrals.
• Use a consultative approach to uncover business needs, design tailored solutions, and manage the customer journey from proposal to implementation.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure timely, professional communication with prospects and clients.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to strategically position solutions.
• Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and strong organizational skills while handling administrative responsibilities efficiently.

What You Bring:

• Proven B2B sales success — telecom or related industry experience (IT services, SaaS, cloud solutions) preferred.
• Knowledge of internet, hosted voice, and managed business solutions.
• Ability to build executive-level relationships and execute strategic sales processes.
• Strong business and financial acumen, particularly in SMB markets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
