Account Executive (English & Punjabi) - Factoring

Job Description

Bobtail is seeking an Account Executive (English & Punjabi) for a remote role specializing in factoring solutions. The successful candidate will prospect, qualify, and close deals with businesses worldwide, using both English and Punjabi. This position requires strong communication skills, resilience, and a proven track record in B2B sales. As part of Bobtail’s sales team, you’ll help clients access working capital quickly and securely while collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams. This is a fully remote opportunity with competitive compensation and uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage new business opportunities through prospecting and qualification in English and Punjabi.
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract close.
• Build relationships with prospective clients and understand their factoring needs.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable sales forecasts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech or factoring.
• Fluency in English and Punjabi (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, comfortable with remote work, and proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
