Conduct FBAs and skill-based assessments
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans
Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to RBTs
Lead group supervision and training sessions
Ensure compliance with BACB ethical and professional standards
Build strong collaborative relationships with clients, families, and team members

🎯 Requirements

BCBA certification in good standing with BACB
New Jersey Behavior Analyst license (active or in process)
Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis with strong references
Excellent communication, organizational, and tech skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Commitment to ongoing professional growth
