- Manage invoice processing (Tabs) and posting to Campfire.
- Verify invoices and docs prior to distribution; develop SOPs.
- Maintain AR records; ensure aging, credits, uncollectibles, and diffs.
- Perform daily cash management; record deposits and cash to AR sub-ledger.
- Monitor AR collections; contact clients; escalate to Sales as needed.
- Provide analytical AR insights and support leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
- 3-5 years in accounting or billing; SaaS experience preferred.
- Minimum 3 years AR; full-cycle billing and dispute resolution.
- Strong GAAP knowledge; journal entries and three-statement financials.
- Cross-functional collaboration to refine workflows; startup experience.
- ERP (Sage/Netsuite) and CRM (Hubspot/Salesforce); advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot).
