  • Provide first-level tech support for hardware, software, and mobile devices.
  • Install, configure, diagnose, repair, and upgrade laptop hardware/software.
  • Troubleshoot equipment support, inventory, and mobile device management.
  • Troubleshoot issues in person, by phone, email, and through helpdesk software.
  • Track, manage, and ship IT equipment; maintain inventory records.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and escalate issues as appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of desktop hardware/software support or configuration.
  • 2+ years of hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Mac and Windows desktop hardware/software.
  • Experience administering Google Workspace applications.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging technical tools.
  • Availability to work part-time hours during EST business hours.

🎁 Benefits
