- Document troubleshooting steps and escalate issues as appropriate.

- 2+ years of desktop hardware/software support or configuration.
- 2+ years of hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Mac and Windows desktop hardware/software.
- Experience administering Google Workspace applications.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging technical tools.
- Availability to work part-time hours during EST business hours.
