The Drug Diversion Analyst role at Bluesight is a trusted, experienced, subject matter expert to help guide our customers with their proactive drug diversion monitoring program with the adoption of the Bluesight platform.
The Analyst is responsible to guide a customer through complex workflows necessary to handle cases generated by the Bluesight diversion platform, and to assist customers with developing policies, procedures, templates, and communication plans that enable customers to extract maximum value from the platform. The Drug Diversion Analyst may also serve as an extension of the customer’s team at Bluesight, and assist the customer with the investigation of cases
This is a collaborative role that requires partnership with teams across Bluesight as well as strong customer communication skills. Demonstrated experience with diversion prevention and/or monitoring in a healthcare delivery setting and detailed and working knowledge of DEA regulations is required.
The position is a compliance-related role focusing on assisting healthcare customers with developing and monitoring drug diversion programs.
Representative Duties:This position is a remote position and open to applicants in the continental United States.

CompensationBluesight offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 and includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
