Review and process purchase requisitions for goods and services.
Source suppliers and obtain competitive proposals to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions for contracts and purchase agreements.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance with company standards.
Coordinate procurement of capital equipment, including evaluation of contractual terms and lead times.
Monitor order status, resolve invoice discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery of materials.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain (or equivalent).
0–3 years procurement or supply chain experience, biotech/pharma.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and solve problems.
Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements is a plus.

🎁 Benefits

Target Base Salary: $65,000-$77,000.
