Ensure IT operations meet GxP and data integrity standards.
Support Early Development IT portfolio from ideation to delivery.
Oversee IT GxP compliance and data integrity controls, from initial risk assessment to remediation and reviews.
Oversee lab IT systems: ELN, LIMS, SDMS, LES, CMMS, BMS and related systems.

🎯 Requirements

BS/BA in life science or IT; 7+ years in pharmaceutical IT.
Experience partnering with scientists, clinicians, QA across levels.
Lead ALM practices; regulatory compliance; system validation (GxP, SOX).
Governance of lab IT computing environments.
Experience with ELN, LIMS, LES, SDMS in RDIT.
R&D IT consulting experience on system selection and lifecycle.
