Responsabilidades:
- Realizar mantenimiento preventivo en apartamentos e instalaciones según cronogramas establecidos.
- Diagnosticar y corregir problemas técnicos en equipos y sistemas.
- Realizar reparaciones y reposición de piezas, garantizando la calidad y seguridad del trabajo.
- Realice inspecciones periódicas para identificar problemas potenciales y tomar medidas correctivas.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos para garantizar la integridad de los sistemas y equipos.
- Mantener registros precisos de todas las actividades de mantenimiento realizadas.
- Siga los procedimientos y regulaciones de seguridad relevantes durante todas las actividades.
- Participar en el desarrollo de planes de mantenimiento y la implementación de mejoras de procesos.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia en mantenimiento de casas y apartamentos.
