What are we looking for?

We are looking for a

People & Culture Analyst to join our team and help us build an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to engagement, performance, and growth, while ensuring a consistent and meaningful employee experience across our organization.

This position is based in

Santo Domingo, DN and will act as the primary on-site contact for day-to-day People & Culture needs, supporting both local and remote employees. Here are some of the exciting day-to-day challenges you will face in this role:

Serve as the main People & Culture contact for local and remote employees, supporting HR needs and inquiries.

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience.

Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and documentation to support audits and reporting.

Administer HR systems and ensure compliance with Dominican labor laws and internal policies.

Support office operations and workplace logistics, helping create an organized and welcoming environment.

Coordinate performance review cycles, learning initiatives, and training documentation.

Execute engagement programs, employee surveys, and wellness or recognition activities.

Support internal communication initiatives such as newsletters, announcements, and employee spotlights.

Prepare compensation reports, salary benchmarking data, and people analytics dashboards.

Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring processes and employer branding efforts.

You will shine if you have:

3–7 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or similar roles.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources.

Strong knowledge of Dominican labor law and local employment procedures.

Proficiency with Google Workspace, HRIS, and ATS tools.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality, act with integrity, and manage multiple priorities.

A people-first mindset and genuine interest in fostering engagement and growth.

Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken
