📋 Description

• Lead cafe operations to deliver hospitality and uphold standards.
• Manage service flow, safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, and inventory management.
• Facilitate onboarding and training of new team members.
• Handle cash handling and daily deposits; address guest concerns.
• Support sustainability goals and maintain beverage and food quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Completed Blue Bottle Academy Barista training, or within 90 days.
• Food Safety Certification for your state/role, or obtain within 30 days.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Flexible schedule: mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Strong communication and guest-service mindset.
