About your role and the team

Personify is a new Bloomreach product designed to integrate all existing Bloomreach offerings with Shopify, the largest e-commerce platform, to deliver a personalized shopping experience. Key features will include Out-of-the-Box Widgets (pre-built components customers can readily use) and Data Pipelines (functionality to source data directly from Shopify into Bloomreach).

ThePersonify team is a friendly group of talented developers who enjoy working together from the Prague office. We are looking for someone who enjoys in-person collaboration as much as we do and who would be joining us in the office, while still being able to benefit from Bloomreach's Remote First policy.

In this role, you will:

  • join a highly collaborative and agile team that enjoys working and having fun together
  • be working on a new product
  • contribute to the technical design decisions
  • contribute to frontend, backend and infrastructure
  • automate (E2E) tests
  • review code
  • help your team mates grow

About the candidate

Must have:
  • Professional experience with GoLang
  • Past experience with full stack development or willingness to learn and contribute in all layers of the product (frontend, backend, infrastructure)
  • Strong experience with the full development lifecycle (design, development, testing, maintenance)
  • Experience with relational databases
  • Strong team player, that always supports his follow team mates
Should have:
  • Experience with DevOps, IaC and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience writing automated tests (unit, E2E, etc)
  • Ability to conduct reviews and provide constructive feedback
Nice to have:
  • Experience with GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker
  • Experience with MongoDB, Redis, Apache Kafka
  • Experience with Angular
  • Experience using AI development tools
