• Pilot coordination and execution for Affinity pilots.
• Demo pilots to customers; plan tasks and timelines.
• Coordinate internal teams and keep pilot docs up to date.
• Onboard customers to Affinity and support campaigns.
• Capture feedback and help improve pilot playbooks.
• Support product success and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years in software implementation or CS.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms and campaign workflows.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Comfortable working directly with customers.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Nice to Have: exposure to AI tools or automation.
