📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day execution of customer pilot programs.
• Support customers and pilots with high-quality execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years in software implementation or CS.
• Familiar with marketing platforms and campaign workflows.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Comfortable working directly with customers.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Nice to have: AI tools or automation platforms.
• Nice to have: HTML, SQL, scripting, data analysis.
• SaaS or B2B software experience.
