Become an Associate Field Marketer, Strategic Verticals for Bloomreach! Help us build regional campaigns that attract and engage high-value accounts across rapidly growing industries outside of retail. You will play a key role in driving pipeline generation for these emerging verticals by shaping programs across the full customer journey - from initial awareness through deal close. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely across multiple functions within Bloomreach - helping guide what we bring to market to ensure each initiative drives meaningful impact.

You will work closely with Sales, Partners, Brand, Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, Creative, and Marketing Operations to shape and influence the campaigns we bring to market. You’ll help inform integrated marketing initiatives designed to generate and accelerate pipeline across our strategic verticals.
You’ll track and evaluate our KPIs and use these insights to recommend the most effective regional tactics, messaging, and campaign angles for each vertical. Your work will blend creativity with analytics - using data to uncover opportunities within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and to help drive ARR.
Clear communication and alignment with Sales will be essential. You’ll contribute to campaign planning, help ensure smooth execution across channel specialists, and regularly review program performance to drive continuous improvement.
Your job will be to:- Support the development of the Americas field marketing strategy with a focus on building pipeline across new strategic verticals.
- Partner with digital, events, and partner marketing teams to influence regional campaign plans and guide channel owners toward the tactics most effective for vertical-specific pipeline goals.
- Contribute to ABM initiatives for vertical-aligned sales pods by helping ensure programs reflect the needs and behaviors of our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Collaborate across events, digital, and partner marketing to support fully integrated programs - including pre-event, in-market, and post-event engagement that strengthens momentum across the funnel.
- Research and recommend vertical-specific publications, communities, associations, influencers, and other channels that can expand reach and improve audience penetration.
- Partner with content, design, and product marketing to inform messaging needs and ensure timely, relevant assets tailored to prospects and customers within emerging verticals.
- Work with digital marketing to support targeting strategies for both acquisition and expansion accounts, leveraging intent signals and vertical insights to inform campaign direction.
- Support field and sales teams with pipeline-acceleration efforts by contributing ideas for ABM motions, outbound plays, content curation, direct mail, and other high-impact tactics.
- Track, summarize, and report on foundational regional metrics to help refine strategies, improve cross-functional alignment, and strengthen performance throughout the customer journey.
- In 30 days, you will help launch your key regional marketing plans
- In 90 days, you will report on the regional KPIs of your programs
- In 180 days, you will work on building repeatable quarterly programs
- Professional — experience in working extremely cross-functionally in a high paced environment with little direction
- Personal — self motivation, independence, and creative mindset.
- 2+ years of experience in Field Marketing/ Events / Demand Generation
- Experience in high-performing marketing teams and supporting projects to deliver on aggressive pipeline expectations
- Marketing technology background as a full-stack-marketer
- Clear & proactive project management
- Motivation and willingness to work on fast-paced projects
- Independence and self-organization to navigate yourself through ambiguous situations
- Fluency in English and exceptional communication skills for partnering with marketing & sales
