🛠️ The Business Intelligence & Analytics Team @ Bloom & Wild
Data is at the heart of how we Care Wildly at Bloom & Wild Group. Our BI & Analytics team empowers growth by transforming data into actionable insights and we're passionate about understanding customer behavior and identifying opportunities to delight them even more. We leverage SQL, data visualisation, and rigorous experimentation and analysis to uncover trends, predict user needs, and test hypotheses. We believe data drives positive change and empowers informed decisions and we value collaboration, continuous learning, and a data-driven mindset.
💻 What you’ll be doing
We're open to hiring a Senior or Lead Insight Analyst (level based on experience). The majority of your role will be focused on analytical insight projects, but from time-to-time you will also be expected to work on reporting and foundational data projects. In this fast-paced environment, you'll play a crucial role in delivering insights and driving data-informed decisions across our marketing and commercial domains.
Collaborating with Business Partners- How profitable are our marketing initiatives (e.g. deeper discount strategies)?
- Which of our subscription customers are churning, and how can we predict & prevent this?
- How are our brand campaigns impacting our sales driving activity?
- What’s the expected lifetime value of our subscription customers?

We know that job searching can be daunting, and we want to do everything we can to ensure that your experience with us is a good one. Interviewing is a 2-way process, and we’re keen to answer all of the questions you have, so that you can be sure (and excited!) that we’re the right move for you.
If your application is successful, the next step will be a brief chat with a member of the BI&A team, to run through your experience, motivations and the role in more detail along with a short SQL competency test. If you advance past this stage, you’ll be asked to work on a case study and talk through your work with Em, our Director of BI & Analytics, another member of the BI&A team and a business stakeholder from either the commercial or marketing teams. You will then have a final interview with Joe, our CTPO.
