Overview
Bloomerang is seeking an SEO/GEO Specialist to drive organic search performance and geo-targeted initiatives for our nonprofit CRM solutions. This remote-friendly role collaborates with marketing, product, and content teams to improve visibility and user acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategy across on-page, technical, and geo-targeted initiatives.
- Perform keyword research and map geo-targeted content to regions and languages.
- Audit and optimize site structure, metadata, sitemaps, crawlability, and indexation.
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics tools; generate regular reports.
- Collaborate with Content and Product teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and product features.
- Coordinate with Marketing to manage geo-targeted campaigns and local SEO for multiple regions.
- Stay up-to-date with SEO trends and algorithm updates; implement improvements as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including technical SEO and geo-targeting.
- Strong proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Experience with international SEO and geo-targeted content strategies.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills; ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with nonprofit sector is a plus.
