Bloomerang is seeking a Customer Marketing Adoption Specialist to help customers maximize the value of Bloomerang's marketing solutions. This remote role supports customers across the United States as part of the Customer Success and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through onboarding and product adoption initiatives
- Develop and share best-practice content and communications
- Collaborate with product, success, and marketing colleagues to improve adoption metrics
- Collect feedback and translate it into actionable improvements
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with marketing software/CRM or SaaS products
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
