Role overview
As a Collections Analyst, you will work to optimize cash flow by managing accounts receivable, monitoring aging reports, and communicating with customers to collect outstanding payments. You will maintain accurate AR records and assist with reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and aging reports
- Communicate with customers to collect outstanding payments
- Apply payments and reconcile AR ledger
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Support teams
- Assist with month-end close and reporting
Qualifications
- Experience in collections or accounts receivable is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and AR software/ERP
