Overview

Blockstream is seeking a Public Relations Manager to lead our global communications and media relations efforts. This remote, full-time role based in North America will develop and execute PR strategies to raise Blockstream’s profile, manage press outreach, coordinate product launches and events, and protect our corporate reputation. You will partner with Marketing, Product, and Executive teams to tell Blockstream’s story to journalists, analysts, and the crypto community.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with company goals
Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and analysts
Write press releases, statements, and executive communications
Plan and coordinate product announcements and events
Monitor media coverage and measure PR impact
Manage crisis communications and respond to media inquiries
Collaborate with Marketing on branding and corporate storytelling

Qualifications

5+ years in public relations, communications, or related field (tech/crypto experience preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Track record of securing meaningful media coverage
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with content creation and social media is a plus
