  • Be the team's go-to expert on how protocols work under the hood.
  • Partner across Product, Engineering, and Sales to help the team deeply understand the protocols and use cases our clients care about most, including staking, vesting, governance voting, and more.
  • Lead due diligence on assets we're considering for support, researching the business, technical, and compliance dimensions of each opportunity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure engineering, product, and sales teams have the protocol knowledge they need.
  • This role is ideal for someone who loves going deep on blockchain mechanics, communicates complex ideas clearly, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in blockchain/crypto, technical research, or a related field with demonstrated depth in protocol mechanics
  • The technical ability to read and digest protocol whitepapers, technical documentation, and on-chain data—and present findings clearly to engineering, product, design, and sales teams
  • Familiarity with crypto analysis tools including block explorers (Etherscan, Solscan, etc.) and data aggregators
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams
