Role overview

As an OTC Crypto Trader at Blockchain.com, you will manage large, off-exchange cryptocurrency trades on our OTC desk, source liquidity, and work with our trading and risk teams to provide competitive pricing and safe execution for institutional counterparties.

Responsibilities

Execute and manage OTC trades across major crypto assets
Monitor market conditions, liquidity, and risk exposures
Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure best execution
Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients and market makers
Maintain accurate trade records and post-trade reporting

Requirements

3+ years of OTC crypto trading or digital asset market experience
Strong understanding of liquidity provision, order flow, and market microstructure
Familiarity with risk controls, compliance standards, and trade lifecycle
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
