Finance Transformation Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a finance transformation roadmap aligned with strategy.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization across finance.
• Lead implementation of new technologies and systems to boost efficiency and data visibility.
• Automate manual finance tasks, including reconciliations, APIs, and data scraping.
• Evaluate ERP, FP&A connectivity, and the use of RPA for finance tech.
• Manage project teams, timelines, and budgets for transformation initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in a high-growth company.
• Experience in Finance Operations/Manager or Controller, incl. month-end close.
• Experience with ERP, FP&A software, and RPA implementations.
• Understanding of internal and external audit processes is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in an international team.
