Vendor Operations Coordinator (APAC) at Block
Block is seeking a highly organized Vendor Operations Coordinator to support APAC vendor relationships and operational processes. This remote-friendly role is based in Melbourne, Australia, and is open to candidates located across the APAC region.
Responsibilities
- Manage vendor onboarding and ongoing relationships for APAC vendors
- Coordinate orders, contracts, and compliance across multiple systems
- Track vendor performance metrics and drive process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Product
- Assist with budget planning and cost optimization
- Provide timely reporting and data analysis to leadership
Qualifications
- Experience in vendor management or operations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work remotely within APAC time zones
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
