Overview

Block is seeking a Territory Account Executive to drive growth in Calgary and the surrounding region. As part of Block's Sales & Account Management function, you will manage Block's Square product portfolio, build strong relationships with merchants and business partners, and close new business opportunities in your territory. This is a remote-friendly, full-time role within North America.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute a territory plan to meet and exceed quota
  • Identify, qualify, and close new merchant opportunities
  • Manage relationships with existing clients to maximize growth and retention
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline in CRM

What we look for

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or account management, ideally in payments, software, or fintech
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote role; willingness to travel within North America as needed
  • Experience with Block/Square products (payments, POS) is a plus

Location & Work Model

Remote-friendly role with the option to work from Calgary, AB or anywhere within North America. This is a full-time remote role; occasional travel may be required.
