Role Overview

As a Technical Account Manager, you will act as the primary technical advisor to strategic customers, guiding successful onboarding and ongoing technical success through collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Support teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong technical relationships with customers, ensuring successful product adoption and integration.
Own onboarding and API integrations, providing best-practice guidance and troubleshooting.
Serve as the technical advocate during escalations, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
Deliver technical reviews, product demonstrations, and training to customers.
Capture customer feedback and work with Product/Engineering to drive improvements.
Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities and renewals.

Qualifications

3+ years of technical account management, solutions engineering, or customer success experience in fintech/SaaS.
Experience with API integrations and technical onboarding.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to executives.
Strong problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
