Block is seeking a Strategy and Planning Manager to join the Centralized Block business unit. The role will lead strategic initiatives, long-range planning, and cross-functional programs to drive growth and operational excellence across Block's business lines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage multi-year strategic plans and annual budgets.
- Collaborate with product, finance, operations, and senior leadership to align on objectives and roadmaps.
- Lead business case development, scenario modeling, and forecasting processes.
- Drive program management across cross-functional initiatives and track progress against milestones.
- Support executive decision-making with data-driven insights and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor ร์s degree; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 5+ years of strategy, planning, or program management experience in tech or financial services.
- Strong analytical capabilities, financial modeling, and proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint; experience with data tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
