About Block
Block is seeking a Staff Product Designer, Identity to help shape the visual language and identity systems across Block’s products. This is a remote-friendly, full-time role based in Atlanta, GA.
Role
As a Staff Product Designer, Identity, you will design and evolve identity systems, contribute to cross-functional product initiatives, and drive consistency in user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve identity systems across Block’s product portfolio
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define the visual language
- Create and maintain design tokens, components, and guidelines
- Advocate for accessible and scalable design systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience with identity systems
- Strong portfolio demonstrating identity design and system thinking
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Location & Availability
Remote-friendly role; based in Atlanta, GA, United States; flexible to remote work.
