Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services that power P2P payments
- Build scalable APIs, ensure reliability, security, and performance
- Collaborate with product, design, and security teams to deliver high-quality features
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and on-call rotation
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong experience with backend development and distributed systems
- Experience with payments systems or fintech is a plus
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
