Software Engineer, Intern (Summer 2025/2026) at Block

What you'll do
- Collaborate with a product engineering team to design, implement, test, and ship features.
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
- Gain exposure to Block's tools and technologies and learn best practices in software development.
- Work with cross-functional teams and communicate progress effectively.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong programming fundamentals and a passion for software development.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in Melbourne during Summer 2025/2026.
Nice to have
- Any programming experience with languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Familiarity with data structures and algorithms.
