Senior Product Manager, Square For Services

Overview

Block is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Square For Services to lead product strategy and drive the roadmap for Square’s services offerings. This role partners with engineering, design, data, legal, marketing, and sales to deliver differentiated value for merchants using Square For Services.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Square For Services.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data analytics, and GTM to deliver high-impact features.
• Gather customer insights, perform market research, and translate findings into clear requirements and priorities.
• Define and track success metrics, run experiments and A/B tests to optimize features and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features, communicate progress, and ensure successful delivery and adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in payments, fintech, or B2B software.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach; familiarity with data tools and SQL is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Experience with roadmapping, user research, experimentation, and go-to-market planning.
