Sales Enablement Manager at Block
Block is seeking a results-driven Sales Enablement Manager to accelerate revenue growth and drive sales performance. This role can be based in the Bay Area or operate remotely within North America.
Overview
The Sales Enablement Manager will design, implement, and optimize scalable enablement programs that empower the sales organization. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to create best-in-class training, content, messaging, and tools that shorten sales cycles and improve win rates.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales enablement programs, onboarding, and ongoing training for the sales team.
- Create, curate, and maintain content including playbooks, battlecards, messaging, and training materials.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on product messaging, GTM strategy, and competitive positioning.
- Measure program effectiveness through relevant metrics and analytics; iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Support field readiness with the appropriate tools, CRM usage, and sales tech stack optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role.
- Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to develop impactful training content and enablement materials.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and modern sales enablement tools.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales performance and iterate programs.
