Own end-to-end risk agenda for the designated function (RCSA, controls, issues, risk acceptances)
Build and monitor KPIs/KRIs to identify risk trends
Partner with Engineering/Data Science on automated monitoring
Coach product teams on risk-by-design practices
Drive executive reporting on risk shifts
Champion risk ownership across business units

🎯 Requirements

8+ years fintech risk management experience (Bitcoin/Lending/Card)
Strong understanding of financial services regulatory landscape
Track record implementing risk frameworks in agile environments
Experience partnering with engineering/product teams on risk controls
Proven success in regulatory compliance management
Bachelor's degree required (Finance/Business/Engineering)
