Job Overview

Block is seeking a Product Manager, Supply Chain to lead product initiatives that optimize supply chain operations and procurement processes across our platform. You will partner with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap, deliver features that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance supplier and customer experience.

What you’ll do

Define product strategy and roadmap for supply chain features across the product portfolio.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to deliver high-impact features.
Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and external customers, and translate into clear user stories and PRDs.
Prioritize features using data-driven analysis and business impact, balancing trade-offs and timelines.
Write success metrics, monitor product performance, and iterate based on feedback.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality releases.
Lead go-to-market plans and user adoption strategies for new features.

What we’re looking for

5+ years of product management experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
Proven track record in end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and measurement.
Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decisions (SQL, analytics tools).
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with SaaS platforms and B2B product environments; knowledge of procurement, inventory management, or ERP systems is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
