Product Manager, Order to Cash

Block is seeking a Product Manager for the Order to Cash domain to own end-to-end monetization workflows including order management, invoicing, payments, and revenue recognition. This is an on-site, regular full-time role based in the Bay Area, CA.

Role Overview

As the Product Manager for Order to Cash, you will define the product strategy, own the roadmap, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver features that improve cash flow, billing accuracy, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for the Order to Cash lifecycle; prioritize the backlog and drive delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to capture requirements and translate them into clear user stories and specifications.
• Gather voice of customer insights, usage data, and market trends to inform prioritization and success metrics.
• Write PRDs and functional specifications; own the feature lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Manage backlog and coordinate with Engineering and Design for iterative releases.
• Define success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate to optimize cash flow, billing accuracy, and collections.
• Ensure compliance and security for payments and data.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in B2B, fintech, or payments.
• Experience with Order to Cash processes (order management, invoicing, payments, revenue recognition, collections).
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Data-driven decision making; SQL or data analytics skills a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; ability to influence without authority.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.

Compensation and Location

Salary range: USD 240,000 - 359,000 per year. Location: Bay Area, CA. Employment Type: Regular full-time, On-site.
