Product Manager, Forecasting Solutions & Analytics

Overview

Block is seeking a Product Manager for Forecasting Solutions & Analytics to own the roadmap and build forecasting capabilities across Block's platform. This role combines product strategy, customer empathy, and data-driven decision making to deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for forecasting and analytics features.
• Partner with data science and analytics teams to design forecasting models and dashboards.
• Gather requirements from customers and internal stakeholders; translate into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering to ship features on time and with quality.
• Define success metrics, monitor adoption, and iterate based on data.
• Communicate progress and strategy to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Experience in product management with forecasting or analytics is a plus.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable working with data.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to influence across teams.
• Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Background in finance, operations, or business analytics.
• Experience building data products or forecasting platforms.

Compensation

Salary range: USD 139,000 – 245,000 per year.
