Product Lead, Engagement at Block

Block is seeking a Product Lead, Engagement to own the strategy and execution of customer engagement across Block's product portfolio. This role is open to remote candidates in North America.

What you'll do

Define and execute a data-driven engagement roadmap across Block products.
Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing to ship high-impact features that improve activation, retention, and customer value.
Set success metrics, run experiments, analyze results, and iterate.
Own cross-functional communications and present progress to leadership.
Mentor and lead product teams, influence without authority, and drive alignment across stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Extensive product leadership experience with a focus on engagement, retention, or growth in software/fintech.
Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL, analytics and experimentation.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and influence product outcomes.

Bonus

Experience with Square or Block ecosystem is a plus.
Experience with API platforms, payments, or developer workflows.
