Product Lead, Disputes & Scams

Overview

Block is seeking a Senior Product Lead for Disputes & Scams to own the product vision and execution for fraud prevention and dispute resolution within Block's Cash App ecosystem. This remote-friendly role is open to candidates across North America. You will define product strategy, collaborate with engineering, design, data, risk, and legal teams, prioritize features, and drive measurable impact to reduce fraud losses and improve user trust.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for disputes and fraud prevention across Block’s products.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, specifications, and success metrics.
• Analyze data to inform prioritization, measure success, and iterate on solutions.
• Lead discovery and design sessions, translate complex problems into clear product requirements.
• Influence and communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech/payments or fraud/disputes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven, outcome-oriented approach.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and ship complex initiatives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
