- 12+ years of relevant product design experience
- Portfolio with exceptional UX craft, systems design, and prototyping
- Influential design leader who ships strategic work from multi-year visions to releases
- Strong design point of view balancing customer needs with business goals
- Excellent storytelling; show-don't-tell approach, prototyping and AI tools
- Strong drive to learn, especially in leveraging AI to enhance workflows
