Role Overview

As a Pay Monthly Licensed Team Member, you will assist customers with licensing-related inquiries, process payments for the Pay Monthly product, ensure compliance with licensing requirements, and maintain accurate customer records. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Handle monthly payment processing for the Afterpay Pay Monthly product
• Verify licensing requirements and maintain records
• Provide clear, patient customer support and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with Cash App and Afterpay teams to resolve issues
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and compliance

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive financial information
• Experience in customer support or financial services is a plus
• Ability to work onsite in the Bay Area, CA
