Block is hiring an Outside Sales Account Executive in Denver, CO to drive new business for Square. This is a full-time, remote-friendly role within Block's Sales & Account Management organization.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the designated territory, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers to drive revenue growth.
- Present product solutions, conduct demonstrations, and negotiate contracts to achieve quarterly and annual quotas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success) to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in the CRM system; track activity and results against targets.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales or account management experience, preferably in B2B/SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed; adaptable and results-driven.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
