About Block
Block is seeking a Senior Mixed Signal Designer to join our hardware team. This full-time role offers remote-friendly work within North America and focuses on analog/mixed-signal circuit design for Block's semiconductor products.
Role: Mixed Signal Designer
As a Mixed Signal Designer, you will design, simulate, and verify analog/mixed-signal blocks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to product-level integration.
Responsibilities
- Design and verify analog/mixed-signal circuits
- Develop and maintain SPICE models and test benches
- Collaborate with layout, process, and verification teams
- Support tape-out and post-silicon validation
Requirements
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of analog/mixed-signal IC design experience
- Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, SPICE, Verilog-A
- Strong knowledge of CMOS processes and signal integrity
Nice to have
- Experience with FPGA prototyping
- Experience with mixed-signal verification methodologies
Location and Work Model
Remote work within North America is supported. Based in North America; Bay Area location not required.
