What you'll do
- Develop and implement data-driven media strategies for Afterpay campaigns within Block's Media Network.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships; serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to propose integrated campaigns and optimized media plans.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize to meet KPIs, and provide regular performance reporting.
- Present strategy and results to clients; lead quarterly business reviews and strategy updates.
- Coordinate with media partners and platforms to execute plans and negotiate on behalf of clients.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in digital media, programmatic buying, or related roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote-friendly environment; comfortable with cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree; experience in the payments or e-commerce space is a plus.
