Job Description

Block is seeking a Manager, Business Development Representatives to lead and scale our Sales Development team in Saint Louis. This role will own the Business Development function, coach and develop a team of BDRs, and partner closely with Sales to drive predictable pipeline and revenue growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of BDRs to meet and exceed pipeline targets.
  • Define outbound and inbound prospecting strategies, criteria, and processes to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Set team targets, KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews; manage forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales leadership to optimize processes and messaging.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new BDRs; foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Own the coaching, training, and enablement of the BDR team, including tools, cadences, and playbooks.
  • Analyze metrics, leverage CRM data, and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and win rates.
  • Represent Block’s value proposition with professionalism and integrity in all prospect interactions.

What We Look For

  • Experience leading a BDR or sales development team, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of building pipelines, achieving quota, and improving team performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to work on-site in Saint Louis, MO.
