Role Overview
As a KYC/KYB Policy and Strategy Manager you will lead the development and execution of policy and strategy for Know Your Customer and Know Your Business across the Cash App business. You will partner with Legal & Compliance, Product, and Engineering to design scalable KYC/KYB programs and ensure regulatory alignment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain KYC and KYB policies and standards
- Lead policy strategy and governance for KYC and KYB, monitor regulatory changes
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including Product, Legal, Risk and Engineering
- Oversee policy updates, training, and rollout across platforms
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations including AML, sanctions, and data privacy
Qualifications
- Experience in KYC and KYB policy development and strategy in fintech or financial services
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into scalable programs
- Knowledge of AML, sanctions, and data privacy regulations
