Job Description

Block is hiring an In-Store Experience & Visual Merchandising Senior Manager in Melbourne, Australia to lead in-store experiences and visual merchandising across key channels for the Block brand. You will collaborate with Marketing & Communications, Store Operations, and Sales teams to design and execute engaging, on-brand customer experiences that drive engagement and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute in-store experiences and merchandising concepts that attract customers and drive sales.
• Lead a cross-functional team including store operations, marketing, and product groups.
• Set visual standards, signage, window displays, and product presentation guidelines aligned with brand strategy.
• Collaborate with regional teams to optimize store layouts, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Analyze store performance metrics and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in visual merchandising or in-store experience within retail or technology-enabled environments.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management abilities.
• Ability to travel as needed for store visits and campaigns.
• Passion for brand storytelling and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
