In-Store Experience & Visual Merchandising Senior Manager

Overview

Block is seeking an experienced In-Store Experience & Visual Merchandising Senior Manager to lead and elevate in-store experiences and visual merchandising strategies in Sydney, Australia. This role partners with Marketing & Communications and retail teams to strengthen the Block brand in physical locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement in-store experience and visual merchandising programs aligned with brand guidelines.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of merchandising professionals.
• Collaborate with stores, brand teams, and marketing to execute seasonal campaigns and promotions.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to drive store traffic and conversions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive retail visuals across channels.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in retail visual merchandising or in-store experience leadership.
• Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to travel occasionally as required by business needs.
