Coordinate with Sales, CS, Eng, and Product to align on the journey.
Lead multi-merchant projects with effective resource planning and timely delivery.
Create engaging training materials for internal teams and external partners.
Complete data migration and data entry as part of onboarding.
Support remote and onsite merchant interactions to accelerate activation.

🎯 Requirements

Fluent English language skills.
2+ years in a client-facing role (implementation, support, sales, or CS).
Bias for action; performance-driven; able to work independently.
Ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives with strong time management and communication.
Experience delivering multiple complex projects in tech with external and internal clients.
